Aged 8 years in Hobart, Tasmania. This exceptional whisky by Jane and Mark Overeem is a fusion of 5-year-old port and sherry casks, matured for an additional 3 years in an Australian muscat cask before being bottled at 48.5% ABV.


Uncover the captivating tale behind this creation, as the Overeem Distillery skillfully marries 20 select port and sherry casks, aged between 5-6 years, with rare 500L Australian fortified casks from the Barossa Valley, including an outstanding Muscat cask. The roots of this cask trace back to the intriguing story of wine industry pioneer Carl Lindner during the 1985 Barossa vine pull era.


Discover the unique character imparted by this historic cask, meticulously chosen from the winery's reserves in 2018.
