Aged 8 years in Hobart, Tasmania. This exceptional whisky by Jane and Mark Overeem is a fusion of 5-year-old port and sherry casks, matured for an additional 3 years in an Australian muscat cask before being bottled at 48.5% ABV.

Uncover the captivating tale behind this creation, as the Overeem Distillery skillfully marries 20 select port and sherry casks, aged between 5-6 years, with rare 500L Australian fortified casks from the Barossa Valley, including an outstanding Muscat cask.
